1、负责色彩纹理趋势研究分析； Conduct research and analysis on the color and grain trends; 2、负责整车内外饰及零部件的色彩材质设计任务； Undertake the task of color and material selection of vehicle interior and exterior as well as parts; 3. 负责前瞻创新色彩材料的开发与落地； In charge of innovation color & material development and Application; 4、负责技术上协调整车色彩材质开发过程中遇到的各类技术问题； Coordinate various technical problems in the development process of vehicle color and material; 5、负责与色彩材质相关同步开发供应商技术沟通； Conduct technical communication with synchronous development suppliers related to color and grain; 6、参与知识管理和知识工程建设中色彩材质设计总结、指南等知识体系文件编制。 Involve in the compilation of design summary of color and material in knowledge management and knowledge-based engineering construction as well as guides.

1、本科或同等以上学历； Bachelor degree or above; 2、具备6年以上工作经验，汽车设计相关工作经验优先; Work experience of 6 years or above is preferred; 3、工业设计、服装设计等相关设计专业优先； Industrial Design, Fashion Design and related majors are preferred； 4、熟悉整车内外饰及零部件设计开发流程及色彩材质开发流程； Familiar with the design and development process of vehicle interior and exterior and parts as well as color and material; 5、熟悉汽车外/内色彩材质生产工艺； Familiar with the production technology of color & material of vehicle interior and exterior; 6、敏锐的色彩感觉和优秀的前瞻分析能力； Keen color sense and excellent ability in foresight analysis; 7、敏锐的市场用户研究和设计趋势分析能力； Keen marketing research and design trend in foresight analysis; 8、良好的创意思维，在设计理念方面有独立见解； Good at creative thinking, have Independent insights in design concept; 9、良好的英文表达和交流能力； Good English-speaking ability is preferred; 10、良好的团队及跨专业沟通协调能力。 Team spirit and good trans-disciplinary communication skills. 11、熟练运用vred等三维渲染软件；良好的用户洞察和趋势研究能力。
