Key Responsibilities 1. Project Management Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing Manage project scope, timeline, cost, and quality. Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, implementation, client stakeholders) Identify and mitigate project risks and issues Ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction 2. Solution Management / Pre-sales Analyze customer requirements and translate them into solution designs Support pre-sales activities including solution presentations and proposals Design MES/ERP-related system architecture and business workflows Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility 3. Stakeholder Communication Act as the primary interface with international clients Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and progress reviews Ensure clear communication across multilingual environments  

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Automation, or related fields 3–5 years of experience in project management or solution consulting Experience in MES, ERP, or industrial software systems is highly preferred Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing or industrial environments   Skills & Competencies Strong project management skills (PMP certification is a plus) Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with system integration and software delivery lifecycle Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment Language Requirements   Russian: Fluent (mandatory) English: Fluent (mandatory) Chinese: Optional but preferred   Nice to Have   Experience with industrial protocols (OPC, SCADA, etc.) Experience in multinational project delivery Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
