1.全面负责欧洲以及北美、南美的业务拓展和整体运营，包括市场战略制定、销售规划、渠道建设以及年度收入目标的达成。 2.在数据中心、网络设备、光模块、通信、工业以太网和研究机构等领域开发高端企业客户；从零开始构建本地代理商和合作伙伴生态系统。 3.进行市场分析、竞争对手对标、品牌推广和展览安排，并优化本地化产品解决方案和销售策略。 4. 主导关键项目谈判、客户关系管理以及全周期项目跟踪；协调售前和区域资源，以扩大本地业务规模。 5. 建立本地销售体系和团队，提供定期业务回顾、市场洞察以及长期区域发展计划。 Job Responsibilities： 1.Take full ownership of business development and overall operation in Europe and North/South America, including market strategy formulation, sales planning, channel construction and annual revenue target achievement. 2.Develop high-end enterprise customers in data center, network equipment, optical module, communication, industrial Ethernet and research institute sectors; build local agent and partner ecosystem from scratch. 3.Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, brand promotion and exhibition arrangement, and optimize localized product solutions and sales strategies. 4.Lead key project negotiation, customer relationship management and full-cycle project tracking; coordinate pre-sales and regional resources to scale up local business. 5.Establish local sales system and team, provide regular business review, market insight and long-term regional development plans.

1. 本科及以上学历，电子、通信、计算机科学或相关专业。 2. 在测试与测量行业拥有丰富的海外销售经验；有是德科技（Keysight）、唯亚威通讯（VIAVI）或顶级仪器供应商工作经验的候选人将优先考虑。 3. 熟悉高速以太网测试、112G/224G SerDes、400G/800G/1.6T网络以及光模块测试场景者优先。 4. 英语流利，可作为工作语言，能够独立进行技术和商务谈判以及客户演示。 5. 在欧美市场拥有高端客户资源和代理渠道；具备强大的战略思维、独立的区域运营能力和以结果为导向的思维方式。 Requirements: 1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electronics, Communication, Computer Science or related fields. 2.Proven overseas sales experience in the test & measurement industry; candidates with working experience in Keysight, VIAVI or top-tier instrument vendors are highly preferred. 3.Familiar with high-speed Ethernet testing, 112G/224G SerDes, 400G/800G/1.6T network and optical module test scenarios is a strong plus. 4.Fluent English as working language, capable of independent technical & commercial negotiation and customer presentation. 5.Possess high-end customer resources and agent channels in European & American markets; strong strategic thinking, independent regional operation capability and result-driven mindset.
