1、本科以上或同等学历 Bachelor degree or above 2、良好的英文表达和交流能力优先 Good English-speaking ability is preferred. 3、具备6年以上汽车设计相关工作经验 Work experience relevant to automotive design is preferred. 4、交通工具、工业设计相关专业优先 Transportation and Industrial Design and related majors are preferred. 5、熟悉整车内造型及零部件工业设计开发流程 Familiar with the development process of interior styling and industrial design of parts; 6、熟悉整车内造型及零部件设计约束和生产制造约束 Familiar with interior styling as well as design and manufacturing constraints of parts; 7、优秀的创意设计表达和前瞻分析能力 Good ability in creative design and foresight analysis; 8、良好的团队及跨专业沟通协调能力 Team spirit and good trans-disciplinary communication skills; 9、熟悉并能配合模型师进行3D模型（数字和实体模型）的制作与把控 Familiar with and able to cooperate with modelers in making and controlling 3D model (digital and solid model)
