1、了解品牌的核心价值;创造优秀的设计工作，以支持概念和生产项目的时间和质量 Understand the core value of brand; create excellent design work to support concept and production projects on time with high quality. 2、分析整车外造型设计趋势； Analyze the styling design trends of vehicle exterior; 3、协助解决外造型设计开发过程中遇到的相关技术问题 ； Assist solving the relevant technical problems in the styling design and development process; 4、对项目研发及本专业发展，给出建设性意见并有良好的推动力。 Offer constructive suggestions and impetus to project R&D and professional development. 5、严格遵循DFD外观设计工作流程和设计开发管理相关文件。 Follow DFD01 exterior design workflows and documents related to design develop management strictly. 6、按照公司的政策、流程、系统和程序执行所有职责。 Perform all duties in accordance with company’s policies, processes, systems, and procedures.

1、本科以上或同等学历 Bachelor degree or above 2、良好的英文表达和交流能力 Good English-speaking ability is preferred. 3、具备2年以上汽车设计相关工作经验 Work experience above 2 years which is relevant to automotive design is preferred. 4、交通工具、工业设计相关专业优先 Transportation and Industrial Design and related majors are preferred. 5、具备设计分析能力、创新设计能力，优秀的草图、效果图表现能力 Capable of design analysis, creative design, excellent ability in sketch and rendering. 6、熟悉并能配合模型师进行3D模型（数字和实体模型）的制作与把控 Familiar with and able to cooperate with modelers in making and controlling 3D model (digital and solid model); 7、良好的沟通和设计表达能力。 Good communication and design ability.
