1.全面负责亚太区域销售业务，承担年度区域销售目标，并完成目标分解、实施和定期审查。 2.与包括运营商、网络设备供应商、光模块制造商和研究机构在内的关键客户保持长期战略合作关系；不断探索回购和增量业务机会。 3.开发、管理并赋能区域代理商和合作伙伴，规范渠道管理，提升区域覆盖率和产出。 4.跟踪重点区域项目，进行商务谈判，深化客户关系，确保项目交付和款项回收，并与售前团队合作进行解决方案部署。 5.收集区域市场趋势、客户需求和竞争信息，为品牌推广、展览活动和产品迭代提供支持。 Job Responsibilities: 1.Fully responsible for Asia-Pacific regional sales business, undertake annual regional sales targets, and complete target decomposition, implementation and regular review. 2.Maintain long-term strategic relationships with key customers including operators, network equipment vendors, optical module manufacturers and research institutions; continuously explore repurchase and incremental business opportunities. 3.Develop, manage and empower regional agents and partners, standardize channel management, and improve regional coverage and output. 4.Follow key regional projects, conduct commercial negotiation, deepen customer relations, ensure project delivery and payment collection, and cooperate with pre-sales teams for solution deployment. 5.Collect regional market trends, customer demands and competitive information, and support brand promotion, exhibition activities and product iteration.

1.本科及以上学历，通信、电子、网络或光电子专业优先考虑。 2. 在亚太地区市场，在仪器、通信测试或网络设备行业拥有扎实的海外销售和管理经验。 3. 熟悉亚太市场生态，拥有稳定的客户和渠道资源；在客户维护和精细化渠道运营方面经验丰富。 4. 英语流利，能够独立进行海外商务沟通和谈判。 5. 目标导向性强，抗压能力强，具备成熟的区域销售运营能力和稳定的业绩交付能力。 Requirements: 1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Communication, Electronics, Network or Optoelectronics is preferred. 2.Solid overseas sales & management experience in instrument, communication test or network equipment industry in APAC markets. 3.Familiar with APAC market ecology with stable customer and channel resources; experienced in customer retention and refined channel operation. 4.Fluent in English, capable of independent overseas business communication and negotiation. 5.Strong target orientation and pressure resistance, with mature regional sales operation capability and stable performance delivery ability.
