Senior QA Automation Engineer — Automation Testing, AI Agent Testing, and AI-Generated Test Code ### Position Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in automation testing, AI agent testing, and AI-assisted test code generation. This role will focus on testing Java and Python-based software systems, building scalable automation frameworks, validating AI-driven workflows, and using AI tools to improve testing efficiency. The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on QA experience, strong project background, and practical experience in test automation for complex software systems. ### Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks for Java and Python-based applications. * Build automated test cases for web applications, backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and AI-enabled software features. * Perform functional automation, regression automation, API automation, integration testing, and end-to-end testing. * Test AI agents, AI workflows, prompt-based systems, and LLM-powered application features. * Validate AI agent behavior, including task completion accuracy, tool usage, response quality, error handling, hallucination risks, and edge cases. * Use AI tools to automatically generate, optimize, and maintain testing code. * Review and improve AI-generated test scripts to ensure reliability, maintainability, and correctness. * Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. * Analyze test failures, identify root causes, and work with development teams to resolve defects. * Define automation testing strategy, test coverage, quality gates, and regression testing scope. * Collaborate with developers, product owners, architects, and QA team members to improve overall software quality. * Document automation framework design, test execution results, defect analysis, and quality metrics.

Required Qualifications * 5+ years of software QA experience, including 3+ years in automation testing. * Strong hands-on experience testing Java and/or Python-based software systems. * Strong programming or scripting skills in Python, Java, or both. * Experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Pytest, JUnit, TestNG, Robot Framework, or similar. * Strong experience with API automation testing using tools or libraries such as Postman, REST Assured, Pytest, Requests, or similar. * Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar. * Good understanding of test automation architecture, reusable test components, test data management, and reporting. * Practical experience or strong understanding of AI agent testing, LLM application testing, prompt testing, and AI workflow validation. * Experience using AI tools to generate or assist with test code creation. * Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis skills. * Solid project background with experience supporting complex enterprise software delivery. ### Preferred Qualifications * Experience testing chatbots, copilots, AI agents, recommendation systems, or LLM-integrated applications. * Experience with evaluation methods for AI systems, including golden datasets, response scoring, regression evaluation, and human-in-the-loop validation. * Experience with performance testing, security testing, or data validation. * Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, or microservices testing. * Experience with vector databases, RAG applications, or AI orchestration frameworks is a plus. * Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments. ### Success Profile The successful candidate will be a senior-level QA automation professional who can build reliable automation frameworks, test complex Java and Python software, validate AI agent behavior, and use AI-assisted development methods to improve test coverage, speed, and quality.
