岗位描述： 负责 Tulip 电子化表单及相关应用的日常运维支持、问题响应、用户沟通与持续优化；协助执行配置、需求澄清、上线支持、变更实施和后期维护，确保系统稳定运行并满足企业质量体系、数据完整性及监管合规要求。 主要职能： 按照计算机系统质量标准，负责 Tulip 电子化表单及相关应用的日常运维、监控与维护，保障系统稳定运行。 Follow CSV quality standards to support daily operations, monitoring, and maintenance of Tulip electronic forms and related applications to ensure system stability. 及时响应用户问题、故障和服务请求，协助排查、跟进解决，并做好沟通反馈。 Respond to user issues, incidents, and service requests in a timely manner, support troubleshooting, drive follow-up to resolution, and provide clear communication to users. 与业务用户和相关团队保持紧密协作，协助完成需求澄清、小型优化和变更实施。 Work closely with business users and relevant teams to support requirement clarification, small enhancements, and change implementation. 支持电子化表单相关上线、培训和知识传递活动，提升终端用户使用体验。 Support deployment, user training, and knowledge transfer activities for electronic forms to improve end-user experience. 主动识别运营中的风险和改进机会，推动问题预防和持续优化。 Proactively identify operational risks and improvement opportunities, and help drive issue prevention and continuous improvement. 遵守HSE各项管理流程，履行安全生产职责要求。 Follow various HSE management procedures and fulfill the work safety responsibilities.

基本要求： 2年以上 IT运维支持、应用支持、数字化系统支持或相关工作经验。 2+ years of experience in IT operations support, application support, digital system support, or related areas. 具备系统配置、问题排查和数据分析能力； Capability in system configuration, troubleshooting, and data analysis; solid practical technical skills are sufficient, and deep software development expertise is not required. 工作态度积极，责任心强，具备良好的主动性和服务意识。 Positive working attitude, strong ownership, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset. 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够与业务用户及跨职能团队高效合作。 Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business users and cross-functional teams. 有受监管环境或制药企业工作经验者优先。 Experience working in a regulated environment or pharmaceutical company is preferred. 具备英语读写与口头沟通能力。 Good English skills in written and oral communication. 有电子化表单平台或企业应用支持经验者优先，优先考虑有 Tulip 平台使用或支持经验的候选人。 Experience supporting electronic form platforms or enterprise applications is preferred; Tulip platform usage or support experience is a plus. 具备较强的责任心、主动跟进意识和持续学习意愿，能够在运维支持场景中快速响应并推动问题闭环。 Strong ownership, proactive follow-up, and willingness to learn, with the ability to respond quickly and help drive issue closure in an operations support environment.
