岗位职责
This individual will lead the expansion of Discovery Biology capabilities to support ADC/XDC discovery programs by building and advancing an integrated biology platform that encompasses bioassay development, in‑vitro/in‑vivo pharmacology, and translational biology. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and expanding bioassay and potency platforms, including mechanism-of-action, in-vitro/in-vivo pharmacology, Safety and PK assessment, and translational assays, ensuring they are scientifically rigorous, scalable, and aligned with regulatory expectations. This individual will also be responsible for providing technical guidance to senior and junior scientists. The candidate should excel in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, with a strong track record of project leadership and people management.
• Define and execute integrated in-vitro and in-vivo biology strategies to support ADC discovery and development.
• Build and lead an integrated biology function incorporating pharmacology, DMPK, and toxicology to drive end-to-end program progression and decision-making.
• Provide scientific leadership in experimental design, data interpretation, and risk mitigation across multiple programs. Act as biology leader for ADC discovery programs from target identification through IND-enabling studies.
• Own and lead biology contribution to IND-enabling activities, including IND filing strategy and regulatory document preparation.
• Ensure compliance with regulated environments (GLP/GxP) and support regulatory interactions where applicable.
• Build and lead a high-performing biology team (10–20 scientists), including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
• Oversee and manage CRO partnerships including study design, execution, data quality, and timelines.
• Serve as key scientific interface with internal stakeholders and external collaborators.
• Drive innovation through integration of emerging ADC biology and translational approaches.
