Position Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to support the testing of Java and Python-based software products. This role requires strong hands-on testing experience, solid project background, and excellent English communication skills, including speaking, writing, and verbal presentation. The ideal candidate should be able to understand business requirements, design comprehensive test cases, communicate clearly with global stakeholders, and ensure software quality across the full development lifecycle. ### Key Responsibilities * Review business requirements, technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Design, write, and execute detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases. * Perform functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing support. * Test Java and Python-based applications, including web applications, backend services, APIs, and data-related workflows. * Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using defect management tools. * Communicate testing progress, risks, issues, and quality status clearly in English. * Work closely with developers, product owners, business analysts, and project managers. * Participate in requirement review meetings, sprint planning, defect triage, and release readiness discussions. * Prepare clear QA documentation, including test reports, defect summaries, test evidence, and release quality assessments. * Support cross-region or global project communication where English is the primary working language.

Required Qualifications * 5+ years of software QA/testing experience. * Strong experience testing Java and/or Python-based software systems. * Solid project experience in enterprise software, web platforms, backend systems, APIs, or digital applications. * Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and defect lifecycle management. * Experience with test case design techniques, including boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, decision tables, and risk-based testing. * Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, or similar. * Experience using defect and project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar. * Excellent English speaking, writing, and verbal communication skills. * Ability to write clear test cases, defect reports, test summaries, and project status updates in English. * Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ownership mindset. ### Preferred Qualifications * Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. * Experience with global or cross-functional software delivery projects. * Basic understanding of SQL and database validation. * Basic understanding of automation testing concepts. * Experience in regulated, scientific, healthcare, life sciences, e-commerce, or enterprise digital platforms is a plus. ### Success Profile The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented and experienced QA professional who can independently drive testing activities, communicate effectively in English with global teams, and provide reliable quality assurance for complex Java and Python software projects.
